Yoga never felt as good as on the beachfront in the mornings accompanied by the sound of sea oats and gentle waves. All fitness levels and beginners welcome. Location subject to change due to weather.
Sunrise Beach Yoga: every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 a.m. Meet at the Cabana Hut on the beach at RumFish Beach. FREE
Sunset Beach Yoga: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 7:00 pm. Meet at the Cabana Hut on the beach at RumFish Beach. FREE
