Bi-Weekly Stays (15–28 Nights)
• RumFish Beach: from $1,500 for a 2-week stay
• Island Grand: from $2,000 for a 2-week stay

Monthly Stays (29+ Nights)
• RumFish Beach: from $3,000 per month
• Island Grand: from $4,000 per month

Rates are prepaid and non-refundable, and will be collected two weeks prior to arrival. Enjoy waived parking fee ($25/night savings!) and weekly housekeeping services. Guests must sign waiver at time of check-in.
