A Dedicated Reservation Agent
Unlike other resorts that use off-site agents, your group reservationist is a member of the TradeWinds’ staff, intimately familiar with both resorts, along with the venues and activities you selected. We also can set your group up with its own event web page, featuring an online reservation portal. Along with your reservation agent, your convention service manager is on call 24/7 during your meeting. Simply put, you’ll find dedication is a common theme at TradeWinds.

With our award winning staff, you can feel confident that your meeting and event needs will be expertly exceeded. Our CMP Certified Convention Service Managers are seasoned professionals with an uncommon length of tenure.
On-Site Resort Transportation
With two nearby airports, a location just 10 minutes off the interstate and convenient resort transportation, getting out is easier than you think. Both Tampa International Airport and St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport are about 30 minutes away, via Interstate 275. TradeWinds offers on-site Resort Transportation Services, boasting a full fleet of vehicles, including sedans for VIP transfers and a 20-passenger shuttle bus for large groups. You’ll find drivers ready for airport pickup service, return flight drop-off and St. Pete excursions. Arrangements can be made for stretch limos or even a 47- or 55-passenger motor coach, plus on-site Hertz car rentals.

We partner with Event Technology Solutions, a premier name in technology services, to equip your meeting facilities with the latest equipment. In addition to high-speed Internet access and reliable phone services, you’ll have access to laptops, desktops, printers, projectors and state-of-the-art audio-video components. Shipping And Receiving/Business Center
For convenience, TradeWinds Island Resorts features a Shipping and Receiving Department/Business Center. Located inside the main lobby of Island Grand, this center features essential services to run any business from afar. From printing services to shipping (with weekly 4:30 p.m. pickup), the center is conveniently located near the Grand Palm Colonnade Conference Center. The business center is open 24 hours, seven days a week. Shipping/receiving is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Learn more about the Print and Business Center.
Corporate Photography
Our onsite photographer, Matt Kern, will capture the memories of your event, with the option to purchase them later via an online link. Your group can choose to have pictures taken directly by the Gulf of Mexico, or at your event's location. Our photographer can break down your team into smaller group sessions, or take photos of individual team members for headshots that they can take home!
