Two Bedroom Suites at Island Grand
These renovated Tropical View or Gulf Front Suites, located at Island Grand, are perfect for larger families or friends traveling together. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a living area with a sofa bed makes it easy for everyone to have their own space. Bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen and 2 double beds, or 2 queens and a king size bed. The kitchenette features an apartment-size refrigerator, microwave and small stovetop. The balcony on the tropical view unit overlooks the courtyard and waterway. Gulf Front units have a gorgeous view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Suites are furnished with new custom-made dark wood furnishings and décor that reflects the feel of a classic British West Indies plantation, new lighting and bed linens, travertine flooring and one of a kind nature-themed artwork lends a serene island vibe to the living space. 820 sq ft.
Penthouse and Executive Conclave at Island Grand
Island Grand boasts three newly renovated tropical view Penthouses and two newly renovated Gulf Front Penthouses. Each unit features two bedrooms, a large living area with dining room and kitchenette, and three baths. Also located on the 7th floor is the newly renovated Executive Conclave which overlooks the beach and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Executive Conclave is ideal for meeting, greeting, and visiting and consists of a penthouse plus three separately keyed units, a total of five bedrooms, and features a large common area that can be used for an array of small functions.
