These Tropical View or Gulffront Suites are perfect for larger families or friends traveling together. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a living area with a sofabed makes it easy for everyone to have their own space. Bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen and 2 double beds, or 2 queens and a king size bed. The kitchenette features an apartment-size refrigerator and small stovetop. The balcony on the tropical view unit overlooks the courtyard and waterway. Gulffront units have all been completely renovated with new furnishings and have a gorgeous view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. 820 sq ft.

Island Grand boasts three tropical view Penthouses and two Gulf Front Penthouses. Each unit features two bedrooms, a large living area with dining room and kitchenette, and three baths. Additionally, the Penthouse Level at Sandpiper is perfect for executive retreats and hospitality suites, with five separately keyed units equipped with expansive terraces and large living/dining/meeting areas. The Penthouse level may be reserved in its entirety at a package rate or as individual units.

Ideal for meeting, greeting, and visiting, the Executive Conclave is located on the 7th floor of the Jacaranda Building at Island Grand and overlooks the beach and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It consists of a penthouse plus three separately keyed units, a total of five bedrooms, and features a large common area that can be used for an array of small functions. The conclave may be reserved in its entirety at a package rate or as individual units. Island Grand Penthouse: 1,136 sq ft and Island Grand Executive Conclave: over 2,300 sq ft. Sandpiper Penthouse: 900 st ft.

The two Whirlpool Suites at Island Grand feature a bedroom with a king bed, whirlpool tub and balcony overlooking the waterway. The entrance is directly into the living area, making this unit appropriate for meeting guests before dinner as well as a romantic retreat. Located on the 7th floor of Island Grand.

The Romance Rooms at Sandpiper are spacious hotel rooms which include a king bed, whirlpool tub and beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Many guests choose to order champagne and strawberries or a wine basket to be delivered on arrival for that special romantic touch. Whirlpool Suite at Island Grand: 536-600 sq ft. Romance Room at Sandpiper: 250 sq ft.

Cypress Villa

Detached apartment style lodging is available with our Cypress Villa at Island Grand; it provides the feel and comfort of home during your tropical beach vacation. This unit offers two bedrooms, two baths, a large living area, and full-size kitchen with a bar area. It can also serve as an ideal hospitality suite with a 400 square foot balcony overlooking the Hibiscus Courtyard pool. 900 sq ft.

Two Social Suites at the Sandpiper feature two bedrooms, two baths, a large living area, kitchenette and dining area with seating for six. One is located on the ground floor with direct access into the North Courtyard, while the 6th floor unit overlooks the courtyard with an impressive view of the gulf beyond. 960 sq ft.
