Outstanding Quality of Service

From our site visit almost 18 months before right through to the end of the conference we were pleased with the quality and consistency of the service and staff. The fact that we had the same CSM, Jim Rausch, through the entire period certainly made our life easier and, in addition, it is a testament to the service attitude and environment of the TradeWinds that you have long term staff in an industry that is renowned for its turnover. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the planning process and his knowledge made our jobs much easier.

During the conference it was a pleasure to work with Margarita; she seemed to be everywhere all of the time with a smile on her face and a can do attitude. The fact that Margarita also worked with SESUG at our 1993 conference at the TradeWinds again is testament to the quality of the people and the environment.

We have had an overwhelming number of positive compliments on the service by the staff, the food prepared for all our events, and the facilities themselves. As we were wrapping up SESUG attendees were telling us not only how much they enjoyed the conference but also how they found the TradeWinds a great conference location.

Another Fantastic Meeting

I really want to thank you and your staff for helping us to pull off another fantastic meeting! The TradeWinds is perfect for us and our customers seem to love it also.

As I am sure you probably already know, the most motivating reason I have to return to the TradeWinds is Margarita Yepes. She makes my job easier by eliminating stressful situations before I even know they are there! Her intuition and suggestions are always right on target and I have grown to rely on her judgment.

I also need to mention Rob Hyypio who almost seems like a brother to me after working on a few different meetings with him. That’s the thing about the TradeWinds … there are so many people who seem like family that you just need to get back and see everyone again! It sounds sappy but it’s true!

Incredibly Accommodating Staff

I can’t begin to describe what an incredibly accommodating staff you provided for our NIRSA Region II Conference. Everything went extremely smooth from our initial registration all the way through to the final session on Saturday. I have received so many positive comments from attendees that it is overwhelming. I can only surmise that it was more attributed to your staff and facilities than anything I did.

In general, TradeWinds treated our conference and guests wonderfully. I will gladly pass on my recommendations to others at USF and beyond that TradeWinds is an excellent venue for conferences.
