No matter the size, theme, or scope of your event, TradeWinds Island Resorts has a space that’s perfect for you and your guests. Our resorts feature everything from elegant banquet halls to intimate boardrooms, conference centers to outdoor courtyards.

TradeWinds Island Grand is our premier conference facility and features more than 51,000 square feet of flexible indoor space and nearly 20,000 square feet of beautiful outdoor meeting facilities. The largest space in the resort, the 10,000-square-foot Pavilion, offers ample space for as many as 750 guests or 79 exhibit booths. Both the Pavilion and the sizeable Island Ballroom feature direct truck access and no column supports.

For more secluded gatherings, try TradeWinds Sandpiper, which offers 7,600 square feet of indoor space, as well as two outdoor courtyard and ample pre-function areas. Groups of as many as 250 can gather in an atmosphere completely free of distractions.

All rooms throughout the resort have been equipped with high-speed Internet access and the latest in audiovisual services. Several meeting planner offices are available to help you make sure your event goes as smoothly as possible.
