There’s no cost to join, and just look at what Paradise Club offers its members who book directly with us. The minute you sign up you will receive:
• A members-only toll-free phone number for personalized service regarding questions on your account -800.282.5553 or for reservations - 888.266.1239 and mention that you are a member.

• Monthly e-newsletter with news, special rates and exclusive offers
•Past stays cannot be added to newly created Paradise Club accounts. Points and status will only be added to Paradise Club accounts after the initial sign up date.

There are four levels of Exclusive Members:

bronze_level silver_level gold_level diamond_level

Bronze Member Rewards

After joining Paradise Club and making a direct booking, you achieve Bronze status upon your arrival at TradeWinds Island Resorts. You begin earning points with this stay, which will be added to your account within 48 hours of departure. You receive:
• 2 complimentary Welcome Cocktails
• 10 Points awarded per dollar spent

Silver Member Rewards

When $1,500 is posted to your room account(s) during a 24 month period, you achieve Silver status and receive:
• 2 complimentary Welcome Cocktails
• 20% off resort Food and Beverage
• 10 Points awarded per dollar spent

Gold Member Rewards

When $3,000 is posted to your room account(s) during a 24 month period, you achieve Gold status and receive:
• 2 complimentary Welcome Cocktails
• 20% off resort Food and Beverage
• Complimentary Valet Parking
• Choice of In-Room Amenity
• 10 Points awarded per dollar spent

Diamond Member Rewards

When $5,000 is posted to your room account(s) during a 24 month period, you achieve Diamond status and receive:
• 2 complimentary Welcome Cocktails
• 20% off resort Food and Beverage
• Complimentary Valet Parking
• Choice of In-Room Amenity
• Front Row Beach Cabana
• Late checkout up until 2:00 p.m. at no charge, if available. Please inquire at the front desk.
• 10 points awarded per dollar spent

Eligible Spend: Eligible spending must be posted to your room account (requires an overnight stay and establishment of charging privileges) and does not include taxes, gratuities or other applicable charges. The resort amenity fee is an eligible charge.
